Robb RogersRobb Rogers is passionate about teaching MSP salespeople and owners how they can grow their territories in the ever-changing world of IT.
Using the knowledge that he acquired over his 25 years of sales experience in the enterprise pharmaceutical and automotive markets and his 10 years in the MSP industry, Robb and co-founder Tim McNeil teach MSPs selling techniques, coach MSP sales people, and manage sales teams’ day-to-day.
A native of Florida, Robb currently lives in upstate NY with his wife and 3 children. On the weekends, you can find Robb and his family enjoying the many adventures that Saratoga State Park has to offer, a no-holds-barred game of basement laser tag, or killing goblins and trolls in a D&D escapade.
Tim McNeilTim McNeil has specialized in sales his entire career, initially in insurance – as both a salesperson and a recruiter – before moving to the MSP industry in 2009. During his 5 years as an MSP salesperson, Tim was responsible for hundreds of closed deals, which were a combination of projects and MRR.
Because of his real-world experience, he brings a unique view on what it takes for an MSP salesperson to be successful at any stage of their growth. Within OSR, Tim’s responsibilities are operations, recruiting, and new business.
Tim is married and has two sons, Cam and Liam. A Rochester, NY native, he and his wife now live in Queensbury, NY. Tim is a graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh and a lifelong hockey player. While at Plattsburgh, he was a part of the 2001 National Championship men’s hockey team. He loves boating and concerts during the summers, coaching and maintaining his outdoor hockey rink for his kids in the winters.
